All orders placed on the Website are subject to product availability, successful payment confirmation, and internal verification. Once payment is confirmed through our authorized payment gateway, orders are processed for shipment. Order processing generally takes 1 to 5 business days, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and non-working days. Processing timelines may vary during high-volume periods such as sales, festive seasons, or due to operational, verification, or quality-control requirements. Homily reserves the right to delay, cancel, or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, bulk or resale activity, or violation of our policies.

Orders are shipped through authorized third-party logistics partners, including IThink Logistics. Delivery timelines displayed on the Website or communicated to customers are estimated only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery timelines may vary based on factors including delivery location, courier partner performance, weather conditions, transport disruptions, regulatory restrictions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond Homily’s reasonable control. Homily does not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame and shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation. These charges are calculated based on factors such as order value, product weight, package dimensions, delivery location, and ongoing promotional offers. Homily may offer free or discounted shipping at its sole discretion, which may be modified, withdrawn, or limited at any time without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping details, including address, contact number, and delivery instructions. Homily shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, loss, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details, recipient unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts. Any additional shipping or re-delivery charges resulting from such circumstances shall be borne entirely by the customer.

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or logistics requirements. Partial deliveries do not entitle the customer to cancel the remaining items or claim compensation. Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Customers must inspect their package at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, tampering, leakage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and notified to Homily within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic or video evidence. Claims reported beyond this timeframe or without sufficient proof may not be accepted. Homily shall not be responsible for damages or discrepancies reported after delivery confirmation.

Homily delivers only to locations supported by its logistics partners. In cases where delivery to a specific pin code or region is not serviceable, Homily reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund in accordance with the applicable Refund Policy. Homily shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damages arising from such cancellation.

If international shipping is offered in the future, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, regulatory fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges shall be borne entirely by the customer. Homily shall not be responsible for delays, seizure, or non-delivery resulting from customs clearance procedures or regulatory authorities.
